Mall Page Changes

  • Support and Profile & Defaults links can now be found at the top right hand side of the screen
  • Support link has replaced the Help tab and contains FAQ’s, Tutorials, Glossary and the Site Guide
  • Administration tab can now be found on the left hand side of the screen
  • The country selection is now located at the bottom of the screen in the “Change Country” link

Store Front Changes

  • Catalogs can be found on the new Catalog bar at the top of the screen.
  • Part number, catalog and distributor search are now located under the new Search header bar on the left hand side of the screen. Click on the arrow to expand the desired search tool.
  • When typing in the Part Number Search, a results list of Part Numbers will appear that fit the selected criteria.
  • Order Entry, Pricing and Availability, Order Status, Repeat Order and Administration tabs can now be found under the new Store Navigation header to the left of the screen.

  • Location/account can now be changed by clicking on the Account Drop Down List in the upper left corner.

Part Number Search Results

  • By hovering over anyone of the Part Numbers with the mouse pointer, a Product Detail layover will appear. The quantity can be entered here and will be added to the cart.

Line Item Resolution

  • If there is an error when entering a quantity or part in Price and Availability or Order Entry, the respective field will be highlighted in yellow.



  • Clicking on the field that has been highlighted will display a pop up message that will describe the error. For example, if a part needs to be ordered in a quantity of 10 and only 5 pieces have been entered, the message in the pop up window will say “The quantity was not updated because it must be a multiple of 10.”



  • Another example of an error message would be that an invalid part is entered. The message in the pop up window will say “The part number cannot be recognized. Please correct the part number and try again or click here to try to resolve the error”.



  • By clicking on the link in the error message, the Line Item Resolution screen will appear with a list of parts that fit the value entered in the Part Number field.



  • The results can be changed by changing the search criteria (similar to the part search located on the store front page). Pricing and availability can be run on each of the parts that appear on the screen.

Bulk Entry Upload

Upload the PO as Excel or CSV file

You can still upload your PO using an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file. Simply click the "Browse" button to locate and select your file then click the "Add to Order" button.

Copy and Paste the PO

In addition, you can paste in the part number, quantity and (if applicable) the requested ship date. There should be one part per line and the values should be separated by a tab or comma.

Order Entry/P&A Auto Complete

Entering part numbers in Order entry and Price and availability has been made faster. A new blank entry line will automatically appear to enter additional quantitiy and part after tabbing or clicking on the last part entry field.

Enter a Zip Code for a new Ship To Address

When adding a new Ship To Address, simply enter a zip code and the respective city and state will populate automatically. The city and state can be changed by clicking on the down arrow and selecting "Other". A new city and state can then be entered and will be saved accordingly.
